Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Countries app (“the app”). By downloading or using Countries you agree to these Terms. Countries is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA); where these Terms and the EULA differ, the EULA applies.

The app

Countries helps you record the countries you visit and estimate your Schengen 90/180 days. It is provided for personal, informational use only. Day counts and forecasts are estimates and may be inaccurate; they are not legal or immigration advice. Always verify your status with official sources. You are responsible for the trips and dates you enter.

Subscriptions

• Countries Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly).
• The price and any free-trial length are shown in the app before you confirm. Prices may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period’s end.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including reliance on day counts or forecasts.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
