Quick fixes

• Countries aren’t logged automatically. Auto Check-in needs “Always” location access: iOS Settings → Countries → Location → Always. Turn Auto Check-in on in the app under Settings → Auto Check-in.
• Notifications aren’t appearing. Allow notifications: iOS Settings → Countries → Notifications. Also check Focus / Do Not Disturb.
• Import from Photos finds nothing. Grant photo access and make sure your photos have date and location metadata. Countries reads only the date and location of photos — never the photos themselves.
• Data isn’t syncing across devices. Sign in to the same iCloud account on each device and enable iCloud sync in Countries → Settings. Make sure iCloud Drive is on.
• Restore a purchase. Open Countries → the subscription screen → “Restore Purchases”. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
• Manage or cancel a subscription. iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Countries.
